Ms. Dice is the Personnel Specialist at the Finn Institute. She holds an MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in International Relations from Boston University.
Before joining the Institute staff, Ms. Dice was the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Education at Stevens Institute of Technology.
