Lead Crime Analyst
Mr. Meagher is a Lead Crime Analyst with the Institute, working on site at the Capital Region Crime Analysis Center (CRCAC) in Albany. Mr. Meagher holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany. Mr. Meagher has achieved NYS Level I Crime Analyst certification.
