Crime Analyst
Mr. Mains is a Crime Analyst with the Institute, working on-site at the Capital Region Crime Analysis Center (CRCAC) in Albany. He holds an M.A. in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany. Mr. Mains has achieved NYS Level I Crime Analyst certification.
