Syracuse, NY, September 24, 2015 – Senior Crime Analyst Paula Cutrone, working on-site at the Onondaga Crime Analysis Center, received her third award from the International Association of Crime Analysts’ (IACA) annual bulletin contest. Ms. Cutrone’s bulletin analyzing calls for service took third place in the Statistical Reports category.
