The Syracuse police and their law enforcement partners will focus intensive attention on approximately 30 offenders assessed as very high-risk for gun violence, and the partnership will hold itself accountable for the application of this attention through bi-weekly “Perpstat” meetings. We will conduct a process evaluation, in addition to providing on-going support for implementation and assessment of its fidelity to program design.
