Institute Associate Director Sarah McLean announced that Beau Holladay has been promoted to Senior Research Analyst. “That Beau is a valued member of the Institute staff is surely an understatement,” she said. “He has played a vital role in multiple projects since joining the Institute research staff in 2022. He managed the Institute’s evaluation of Schenectady’s Community Hiring Panel, collaborating primarily with two other analysts, leading the completion of the final report, and co-presenting the findings at the DCJS public safety symposium in September. Beau’s work on the NYSP project has taken many forms, as he has been directly involved in nearly every aspect of the project.” Institute Director Rob Worden said, “Beau’s new title better reflects his qualifications and his Institute role.”
