Crime Analyst
Ms. Quonce is a Crime Analyst with the Finn Institute, working on-site at the Central New York Crime Analysis Center (CNYCAC) in Syracuse. Ms. Quonce has a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph’s University, with a concentration in Intelligence and Crime Analysis, and an M.S. in Cybersecurity with a concentration in Intelligence from Utica College. At the OCAC, she is the DOCCS parole analyst. Ms. Quonce has achieved NYS Level I Crime Analyst certification as well as a certification through NYGIA (New York Gang Investigators Association) as an Advanced Gang Specialist.
